today's walk: Barf, Lord's Seat and Seat How

a shallow ford to be crossed to reach the ascent path

rock step on the steep path - this has recently become easier to negotiate

above the rock step I realise that I am above some valley mist

.. but by the time I have drunk a cup of coffee the lake has cleared
